Walking in The Spirit: The Fools Victory

Meekness is those who have swords and know how to use them, but keep them sheathed, will inherit the world.
~ Jordan Peterson
Of this gospel I was made a minister according to the gift of God’s grace, which was given me by the working of His power. To me, though I am the very least of all the saints, this grace was given, to preach to the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ, and to bring to light for everyone what is the plan of the mystery hidden for ages in God, who created all things, so that through the church the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly places. This was according to the eternal purpose that He has realized in Christ Jesus our Lord, in whom we have boldness and access with confidence through our faith in Him. So I ask you not to lose heart over what I am suffering for you, which is your glory. … For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named, that according to the riches of His glory He may grant you to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith—that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. … Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.
~ paul, The Least of The Apostles, in Ephesians 3

Oh beloved, it is true.

One of the great mysteries of Christianity is that in becoming one, we become someone completely other than we were before. In coming to true faith and following after Christ, He responds to our decision and sentences us to death.

Oh, we were always going to die. But to have died without having died in Him first, would have been the greatest tragedy. This second death, that all must face, must happen during our first life, and not at the end of it. Otherwise, our separation from our King will be a self-imposed separation from Him forever. And this is terrible beyond words.

However, His sentence of this earlier death is actually a path to Life that He created for us through His death, burial, and resurrection. Jesus takes us down through this death, and it is the only one that breaks through into Life eternal – and in The Spirit of G_d.

Now, if one reads the passage above with some sort of simple academic or literary approach. One will see that the writer is talking about full knowledge of some sort of religious system. However, the passage above is not meant to be read simply for its literary value.

Paul is talking about something completely other. Paul is talking about something that cannot be put into words.

Unsearchable riches.

Manifold wisdom.

Boldness and access.

Riches of His Glory.

HIS SPIRIT IN YOU.

Comprehending the breadth and height and depth and to know the LOVE of Christ.

Surpasses knowledge.

Filled with the Fullness of G_d.

He does far more abundantly than we ask or think.

The very power of G_d at work within us.

Glory to us (the church) and to The LORD JESUS CHRIST.

Forever and forever.

This is a tsunami. There are no words for how powerful a true believer is now. We literally and effectively wield the very power that made time, and space, and fractal math, and Higgs bosons. And… the power that can change a human heart from stone – to ever-living flesh.

As an aside… Look at how Tozer says it.

Jesus calls us to his rest, and meekness is His method. The meek man cares not at all who is greater than he, for he has long ago decided that the esteem of the world is not worth the effort.
~A.W. Tozer

Can we see it?

The passage above, and many others, speak to the truth of our power. But the way we wield it is ever so different than the power players of this world. No, instead of forcing our way into positions, we use our immense strength to be a foundation, or a building block in multitudes of His plans across time and timezones.

So, have you yet seen it? You are powerful beyond measure. You are richer than any man who has ever lived. You are Love with and everlasting Love.

I don’t know about you, but I’m aching for Home. Just want to see Him! Fall down at His beautiful feet, and then, OH!!! When He says, “Fear Not brother Makala! Arise! take your place at My side. I have bought your entrance into The Family with My very own blood! It is Finished! Arise brother! I have much to show you and the entire family. It will take forever and some more. We begin now!”

Tonight is your night beloved. Walk in the Spirit. You have already died, so you are free to serve and love and build into the Kingdom that will have no end. See: The Freedom to Serve
