You can’t have any negative terminology about yourself. It’s not allowed! All negativity died on the Cross. It doesn’t belong in your life, and you get to have the joyful lifestyle of making war on all forms of negativity with a big grin on your face because this is fun now! We get to overcome by experiencing the nature of God!

Oh beloved, it is true.
You will hear them. The voices come at us fast and furiously.
You are not enough
You can’t make it
You are a sinner
You are crazy
You will never break through on that relationship
You will lose your post
You are going to be fired
You are disliked
You are stupid
People think you are useless (dumb, a child, unable, etc.)
You are sick
You are dying
You are a failure
You are crazy
You are ugly
You are unlovable
Can we see it?
Everything that comes out of his mouth is a lie. And the devil will use whoever is believing the same lies to tell you (and this fool of a writer) more of the same. Worse, is the reality that many of the people saying things like this to others, actually think they are saying the same thing to themselves.
But they aren’t.
Further, in our fallenness, we are willing to allow the words of Love from others around us to actually be twisted into something they aren’t. This is an insidious danger, and one we must guard against as well.
Humans were not built to fail. Humans were Designed to be amazing and whole, strong and free. We were Lavished with Hope and Love and Grace and Mercy and Goodness. And this, is exactly at The Truth has already done in our lives.
Oh yes, we were falling very far short of this before we understood, repented, and believed the astoundingly Good News of The Gospel. But, the truth is that The Truth has made Himself known to us, and He has set us free from all of this.
So, are you still listening to the lies of the devil? They often sound like the voices in your own head. They often sound like something other than what people are really saying to you. The answer though, is always before us.
Lies are always a downgrading; a twisting of the truth. They are unable to stand on their own two feet. And, no matter how much we listen to, or believe a lie – it does not make it true. Truth, however, simply is. It is eternal. Truth is unchanging.
Tonight is your night, beloved. Time to decide what you believe.
