Swing for The Fence

Oh beloved, it is true. There is a rude truth to our life as a lone human.  On your own?  You are nothing.  Sorry, it is just true.

In Him? Do you know what you are beloved?  Everything… And it will only get better.  And while it feels difficult sometimes to accept, it is fully true – and humility requires us to accept His Word as fully true. In Him, you are (at the very least)

Perfect
Immovable
Free
Loved
Saved
Strong
Treasured
Sacred
Precious
Powerful
Glorious
Protected
Holy
Accepted
United
Made new
More than a conqueror
A friend of G_d
A servant king or queen in training
Righteous
Mighty
Good
True
Faithful
Gentle
Meek
Noble
Virtuous
Patient
Kind
Just
Pure
Lovely.

Oh my.

Yeah.  This is really Good News.

In light of all this truth, what might we do?  Could this writer suggest something?  As the L_RD leads you into something, do it with everything that He has made you to become.  SWING FOR THE FENCE!  Just dig your heels down into the very firm foundation upon which you stand and do whatever He leads you to do with all of the might He has imbued within you.  Don’t ever (read not ever) back down.  Don’t ever (NOT EVER) think you can do any of this in your own strength.  But, DON’T EVER (NOT EVER) lose the truth that He has made you – through His Spirit – immensely powerful to fulfill the Great Commission of His Kingdom. 

Looks like a day for some home runs!
