Beloved. What follows is simply true:
You are a prince (princess) in the Kingdom of Heaven.
What?
Yeah.
You are “Dauphin.” You are royalty in waiting. You – YES YOU – by delegated authority from THE KING OF KINGS and LORD OF LORDS will crush evil as it tries to emerge during the Millennial Kingdom on this earth. When Jesus comes back and sets up His kingdom on this earth for a thousand years, populations will soar into the dozens (if not hundreds) of billions on this planet.
Everything will work. People will get along. Justice will actually, finally exist on this planet, and we (those who have cast themselves on Christ alone for salvation), will make up the government that ministers to this gargantuan population.
But, it will not be heaven. It will not be perfect. Fallen humanity will stay that way, and there will still be a few of those who will be “trying to get their own.”
However, remember all those kids you want to protect, feed and comfort? Are you burdened by the human-trafficking issue today? Does injustice and inequity get under your skin (dear G_d, i hope it does). GET THIS. You, slave of Christ, will stop, ruin, smash, and violently end ANYONE on this planet that would dare to rise up and hurt one of the King’s children who live under His Patriarchal umbrella. You will crush them like crushing pottery with an iron rod.
Quite frankly, as a warrior poet, freedom like this to actually stop evil one Day makes my blood course more freely. This writer kinda looks forward to opportunity to look into the eye of evil, and then put out it’s light. Any of you who have seen some of the real poverty and injustice on this planet, know EXACTLY what i am talking about.
Great day you say. What does that have to do with now?
Everything.
This G_d who is training us to do this work one Day, is asking us to set ourselves completely apart for our training. He is demanding that we be holy.
Now, holy people are not perfect. Don’t get twisted around that axle. No, holy people have given up the right to maintain their imperfection. We no longer hold onto truths or theological constructs like they are actually just cafeteria items we can pick off the line and use for our own purposes. Holy people have absolutely surrendered themselves to their King for Him to use as He sees fit.
Bringing it home… So, when we sin (as we almost certainly will), we confess to Him that we have sinned and rest in His forgiveness. We don’t try to figure out how our activities can be re-interpreted by someone as though they might not be sin. We don’t just switch to chewing tobacco in a smoke-free zone. Rather, we flee our old life and follow hard after Him alone.
He is training us for a leadership positions in a kingdom where we will be pillars in massive communities. We will be noble, true, virtuous, honorable and praiseworthy spiritual leaders forever.
Doesn’t it make sense that we are in training? Doesn’t it make sense that we might want to have some sort of tools already acquired before we take on this job? These will be days of extreme righteousness on the earth – and quite frankly – it seems foolish to not desire to be at the bleeding edge of this movement of G_d.
Beloved, what you have just read is true. You are royalty. May we all, by His Grace, live like it.
